NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS # RFQ-TA-06242026-ASP The City of Victoria invites you to submit qualifications for: 2026 AUDIT SERVICES POOL Qualification Responses addressed to the Procurement Manager will be received until June 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at 702 N. Main St., Suite #205, Victoria, TX. 77901. All Responses must be in the City of Victoria’s possession on or before the scheduled date and time (no late responses will be considered). The City of Victoria’s Purchasing Department is not open for weekend or holiday deliveries. Respondents receiving a Request for Qualifications notice in the mail, or reading the announcement in the newspaper are advised that the documents are available at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/texas/city-of-victoria. In accordance with Chapter 2254.004 of the Texas Government Code. The City of Victoria shall evaluate the Responses on the basis of all factors described herein. The submissions will be qualified by the evaluation criteria in section III, may interview a pool of highly qualified respondents, to be included in a vendor pool of the best-qualified respondents. This pool will be retained for a five (5) year period. This highly qualified respondent pool will be a list of approved firms for the City of Victoria. The City of Victoria reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value to the City of Victoria, and hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action. Respondents are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time.
