NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS # CSP-TA-021826-TMP The City of Victoria, “the City,” intends to purchase and invites you to submit a sealed proposal for construction services for: 2026 THOROUGHFARE MAINTENANCE PROJECT Sealed Proposals addressed to the Procurement Manager will be received until February 18th, 2026 at 10:30 AM CST. All Proposals must be in the City’s possession on or before the scheduled date and time (no late proposals will be considered).
