SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF SALE REAL PROPERTY The State of Texas, County of Victoria County NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of an Order of Sale In Tax Suit issued on July 22, 2025, in Cause #23-01-89338-B, by the Clerk of the 135th Judicial District Court of Victoria County, Texas styled Ovation Services LLC versus The Known and Unknown Heirs of Ricky Riojas, wherein, on the 12th day of July, 2024, FGMS Holdings LLC and Victoria Co. et al, recovered a tax foreclosure judgment against: The Known and Unknown Heirs of Ricky Riojas; for the sum $32,837.05 plus accrued penalties and interest, attorney’s fees if applicable, and all other cost for suit. The Clerk of the 135th Judicial District Court of Victoria County placed in my hands for service, I, Justin Marr, as Sheriff of Victoria County, Texas did on the 22nd day of July, 2025, seized and levied upon certain Real property, situated in Victoria County, Texas, described as follows, to wit: Commonly known as 5 S. Leonard, Bloomington, Tx 77951, with Tax Account: R340281 BEING LOTS NUMBER TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), AND FIVE (5) IN BLOCK NUMBER FOUR (4) OF P.M. JOHNSTON’S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF BLOOMINGTON, VICTORIA COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE ESTABLISHED MAP AND PLAT OF SAID ADDITION OF RECORD IN VOLUME 62, PAGE 472 OF THE DEEDS RECORDS OF VICTORIA COUNTY, TEXAS. I have levied upon said property of The Known and Unknown Heirs of Ricky Riojas, and on the first Tuesday of November, 2025 the same being the 4th day said month, at the East Door of the Courthouse building, located at 115 North Bridge Street, of the Courthouse of the said County, in the City of Victoria, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 o’clock A.M. and 4 o’clock P.M. on said day, by virtue of said levy and said Order of Sale, I will offer for sale and sell at public venue, for cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title and interest of the said property.
