CONSTRUCTION ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION FOR BIDS - SpawGlass, in partnership with Victoria County, invites interested subcontractors and suppliers to submit bids for the Victoria County Mental and Behavioral Health Facility. The project consists of the construction of a new, single-level inpatient mental and behavioral health facility in Victoria County, Texas. The approximately 45,000 square-foot facility will include up to 60 inpatient beds and will serve both forensic patients within the criminal justice system and members of the local community. Construction will include structural steel and CMU for the patient wing and a pre-engineered metal building for remaining areas, along with all associated site, architectural, structural, and MEP work. A highly recommended Pre-Proposal Meeting and Optional Site Walk will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at the City of Victoria Public Safety Headquarters – Community Room, 2525 N. Main St., Victoria, Texas 77901. Bids are requested for all applicable trades, including but not limited to earthwork, utilities, concrete, structural steel, masonry, roofing, drywall, doors and hardware, specialty and anti-ligature items, flooring, painting, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage systems, and related work.
