NOTICE OF INTERIM NATIONAL BANK CHARTER AND CONSOLIDATION Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, South/Southeast Regions, 1700 Pacific Avenue, Suite 3600, Dallas, Texas 75201, for consent to form Coastal Bend Interim Bank, National Association (the “Interim Bank”), Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, for the purpose of consolidating First National Bank in Port Lavaca (the “Bank”), 1101 South Highway 35 By-Pass, Port Lavaca, Texas 77979, with the Interim Bank, with Bank surviving the consolidation, as referenced below. Notice is also hereby given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, South/Southeast Regions, 1700 Pacific Avenue, Suite 3600, Dallas, Texas 75201, to consolidate the Bank with the Interim Bank, with Bank surviving the consolidation.
