NOTICE VICTORIA MPO PPP 45-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT AND REVIEW PERIOD COMMENCING MAY 13, 2026 The proposed amendments to the Victoria Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Public Participation Plan (PPP) will be available for citizen review/comment beginning Wednesday, May 13, through Saturday, June 27, 2026. Copies of the proposed PPP amendment will be available at the City of Victoria’s Development Services office, located at 700 Main Center, Suite 129. A copy of the draft will also be placed on the City’s website at www.victoriatx.gov/738/Victoria-MPO. The PPP is intended to guide and outline the policies and methods for public participation activities conducted by the MPO. The PPP is designed to ensure that adequate and appropriate opportunities are made available for the public to express its views on transportation issues and to become active participants in the regional transportation decision-making process. A public hearing will be held on the proposed amendments to the PPP on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in Room B, 302 N. Main St, Victoria, Texas. All interested parties are encouraged to attend or submit comments. Comments must be made in writing and should include the sender’s full name and physical address.
