NOTICE CDBG 2026-2027 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD COMMENCING July 2, 2026 The City of Victoria’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2026 Annual Action Plan Draft will be available for citizen review/comment beginning Thursday, July 2 through Monday, August 3, 2026. Copies of the Annual Action Plan will be available at the Victoria Public Library located at 302 N. Main St. and at the City’s Development Services office, located at 700 Main Center, Suite 129. A copy of the draft will also be placed on the City’s website at https://www.victoriatx.gov/366/Community-Development-Block-Grant-Plans The Annual Action Plan describes the programs and activities that will be undertaken using the City’s 2026 CDBG entitlement allocation of $540,141 and unallocated funds from the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan totaling $152,042.93 [PY21: $5,107.31; PY22: $24,948.07; PY23: $29,832.86; PY24: $92,154.69], for a complete total of $692,183.93. This is the second year of the Consolidated Plan.
