NOTICE OF BID The Lavaca Navidad River Authority (LNRA) (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: West Delivery System Pump Station Expansion FNI Project Number LVA2581 Description of Work: The project consists of pump station expansion improvements, including the installation of a new pump and associated drive equipment, installation and integration of Owner-pre-purchased electrical equipment, construction of a new pre-engineered metal building for electrical equipment, installation of a pile-supported foundation, installation of HVAC equipment, valves, controls, instrumentation, medium voltage cabling, terminations, conduit, and related appurtenances. Work also includes coordination with the electrical utility to energize the Owner-provided step-down transformer and other associated site, electrical, mechanical, and structural improvements required for a complete and functional installation. The Owner’s Budget for the Project is $4,500,000. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation within 330 days of the notice to proceed. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 30 days after the date for Substantial Completion.
