PECAN VALLEY GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT Notice of Proposed Permit Issuance and Public Meeting Notice is given in accordance with Chapter 551, Government Code and Texas Water Code Section 36.404 that the Pecan Valley GCD Board of Directors will hold a public meeting on March 17, 2026 at 9:10 a.m. at the District Office, located at 1009 N. Esplanade St., Cuero, TX. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct regular District business and hear public comment and consider possible issuance on the following permit application. Non-Exempt Drilling and Operating Permit Application from Westhoff ISD. The application is for the beneficial use for Irrigation purposes and requests an annual production of 3.2 acre-feet of water from this water well. This property is located on Lynch Ave. in Westhoff and involves 6.4048 acres. Any person who intends to contest a permit application must provide written notice to the district at 1009 N. Esplanade, Cuero, Texas 77954, at least three business days prior to the proposed date of issuance and include all requested information in District Rule 15.5.1 (a-c).
