NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the City of Victoria’s 2026-2027 One-Year Action Plan. This is a required public hearing as per 24 CFR 91.105(e). Among the matters to be discussed is the City of Victoria’s adoption of the One-Year Action Plan. The public hearing will be held at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 4, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 105 W. Juan Linn Street, Victoria, Texas. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
