NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is given that on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. the Commissioners Court of Victoria County, Texas shall hold a public hearing in Room 241 on the 2nd floor of the Victoria County Courthouse located at 115 N. Bridge Street, Victoria, Texas 77901 to consider the applications for tax abatement from FA Victoria I, LLC and the approval of tax abatement agreements with FA Victoria I, LLC regarding their proposed green ammonia facility within the Victoria County Reinvestment Zone #2 located on the premises of the Victoria County Navigation District on approximately 55-acres of land and 190.47-acres of land owned by the Victoria County Navigation District. Improvements to the property have a capital investment of at least $530,000,000 in Phase I & an additional $250,000,000 in Phase II, intended to expand the facility by constructing one (1) additional ‘train’ of Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Cells and supporting equipment/facilities. At the hearing, interested persons shall be entitled to speak and present evidence for or against the tax abatement agreement.
