Victoria Housing Authority Announces Public Hearing Date: December 1, 2026 Time: 9:00 AM Location: Victoria Housing Authority 4001 Halsey St. Victoria, TX 77901 The purpose of this hearing is to obtain input from city residents in reference to the Annual Plan submission to be submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for fiscal year beginning 2027. Funds being allocated for this year are for both Operating Funds and Capital Funds. All residents are encouraged to attend this hearing. A copy of the Annual Plan will be available for review 8:00AM – 4:00PM beginning October 16, 2026 – November 30, 2026.
