Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for the City of Victoria Gary Moses Community Center Additions and Renovations Lauger Companies Inc. the Construction Manager (CM) and the City of Victoria (Owner) invites qualified subcontractors and suppliers to submit Competitive Proposals for this project based on the following bid items. 1. New standalone tension fabric arena with bleacher seating for 3000 and related site and building improvements 2. A new free standing pre-engineered stall barn 3. Renovations to the existing 90,000 sf Community Center building and related site improvements. Proposers proximity to site and ability to provide warranty services in the Victoria area including previous experience with the City of Victoria - 5% 5. Quality of the Proposers goods and services - 5% 6. Ability of Proposer to properly staff the project- 5% 7.
