REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Victoria College will accept written offers until 5:00 pm on April 15, 2026, for Outdoor Public Artwork. Specifications can be downloaded at http://www.victoriacollege.edu/BusinessCommunity/Purchasing and then click the View Open Solicitations link or obtained by calling the Purchasing Office at (361) 572-6461. The written offers and proposals will be publicly opened at Victoria College, Academic Building, Room 103, 2200 E. Red River, Victoria, Texas 77901. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any and all formalities and conditions. The College also may retain all proposals received for 30 days prior to taking any action and proposers shall not withdraw their proposals at any time thereafter.
