PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP 2026-01) CONSULTING SERVICES The Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to provide consulting services. RFP 2026-01 may be obtained at 203 W. Church Street, Cuero, Texas 77954, or requested by email at hope.ortiz@sbcglobal.net. Written proposals must be received no later than Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Proposals will not be accepted by email. Proposals may be mailed to P.O. Box 804, Cuero, Texas 77954, or delivered by delivery service, such as FedEx, UPS, or similar carrier, to 203 W. Church Street, Cuero, Texas 77954. Proposals received after 3:00 p.m. on July 8, 2026, will not be considered. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, and award a contract in the best interest of the Authority and in accordance with applicable procurement requirements.
