REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Goliad County The County of Goliad has been awarded funding from the Texas Historical Commission. The County is soliciting a Request for Qualifications from a qualified engineer / engineering / firm /architect (registered to practice in the State of Texas) for engineering/architectural services to include preliminary and final design plans, bid documents, and the project installation / construction management for the Goliad County Courthouse Restoration Project. Please submit your qualifications to the address below on a thumb drive AND submit two copies of your statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the following address: Attn: Katy Garcia, Grants Department Administrator, 127 N Courthouse Square, Goliad, Texas 77963. Qualifications must be received by the County no later than April 20th no later than 3pm to be considered. The County Reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit qualifications and may award one or more contracts to one or more firm/provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit qualifications.
