COUNTY OF GOLIAD NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners Court of Goliad County, Texas will receive sealed bids addressed to Leigh Lockwood, Auditor, at PO Box 526 or 127 Courthouse Square, 3rd Floor Auditor’s Office, Goliad, Texas 77963 until 12:00 p.m, Friday, August 14, 2026. Bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 14, 2026, in the Auditor’s Office, for the following: PURCHASE OF ROAD AND BRIDGE MATERIALS Specifications are on file in the County Auditor’s Office and may be obtained upon request. Bids will be considered for award at a subsequent regular meeting of Commissioners’ Court. Goliad County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County, and further, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids.
