ORDER OF BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION FOR UNSAFE BUILDING On the 19th day of March 2026, the Building and Standards Commission held a hearing and determined that the following unsafe structures do not comply with the minimum standards of the ordinances of the City. The following is based upon the Commission’s findings: The owners, mortgagees and lien holders of the following locations are ordered to comply with the actions listed below regarding the dangerous buildings on said property: Vacate and Demolish the unsafe building(s) and clear all debris, litter, etc. from the property.
