VAN VLECK INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT Request for Proposal Notice for Custodial Services Issue Date: March 17, 2026 Van Vleck Independent School District invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the implementation of a Comprehensive Custodial Plan and Program to provide Custodial Services for district campuses and buildings. Copies of the Request for Proposals are available at the Van Vleck ISD Superintendent’s Office, whose address and phone number are listed below, or may be accessed on the district’s website: www.vvisd.org Proposals should be mailed or hand delivered to the Superintendent’s Office to arrive no later than 2:00 pm on April 15, 2026 for consideration of approval at the Board of Trustees meeting on April 20, 2026 at 7:00 pm. Proposers may withdraw their proposals, in writing, at any time prior to 2:00 pm, on April 15, 2026. The Van Vleck ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any portion thereof, to negotiate with the provider, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the school district.
