NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Goliad County Commissioners Court will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on July 27, 2026, to consider and to act upon the following items: to consider the application of Charro Creek Solara, LLC to amend a previously executed Tax Abatement Agreement with Charro Creek Solar, LLC, pursuant to the provisions of the Property Redevelopment and Tax Abatement Act, Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code. In determining whether to accept the Application for and Amended Tax Abatement Agreement, the Commissioners Court will consider the Application in light of the criteria in the Goliad County Guidelines and Criteria, as in effect at the public hearing. The public hearing will take place at 5:00 p.m. on July 27, 2026, at the Commissioners Courtroom, Goliad County Courthouse, Goliad County Courthouse, Goliad, Texas 77963. All interested persons may appear and present testimony and evidence regarding acceptance of the Application for Amended Tax Abatement Agreement.
